UOIT school gym through the eyes of a student

Posted by Chris Mangaser on October 29, 2014 at 12:00 PM

Filmed in the Campus Recreation and Wellness Centre (CRWC), this video features multiple things a typical gym goer does there. Located near the heart of the school, this athletic centre holds six basketball courts, a state-of-the-art gym, volleyball courts, a running track and also hosts multiple fitness classes. Not only is UOIT advanced in technology-enriched learning, it also features multiple fitness technologies such as a Move Strong gym, battle ropes, and the latest cardio machine models, just to name a few. Along with a couple of my school buddies I will show you what it is like to use the gym here at UOIT.

Take a virtual tour of the FLEX!
